  • Yes. Superbills are available upon request for patients who wish to pursue out-of-network reimbursement directly with their insurance provider.

  • Operating outside of insurance allows for unhurried visits, transparent pricing, and clinical decision-making that isn’t limited by coding or reimbursement rules. This structure creates space for meaningful conversation, careful evaluation, and truly individualized care.

  • Appointments are longer by design:

    • 30 minutes

    • 60 minutes

    • 90 minutes (Midlife Vitality Assessment)

  • No. Laboratory testing, pathology, and blood draw fees are not included in the visit fee and are paid separately at the time of service. This allows testing to be tailored specifically to you, without bundled or unnecessary charges. All recommended testing and associated costs are discussed before anything is ordered.

  • Yes. Hormone therapy consultations are available for perimenopause and menopause and are guided by the most current clinical evidence. Care is individualized, with thoughtful discussion of risks, benefits, and alternatives. Christina Kitchen is a Menopause Society–Certified Practitioner (MSCP).

  • Yes. Teen sexual health consultations are confidential, age-appropriate, and focused on education, prevention, and support in a judgment-free environment.

  • Most services focus on women’s health, but the Midlife Vitality Assessment is designed for both women and men and is especially well-suited for men seeking a thorough, prevention-focused annual evaluation.

    Yearly wellness exam services are available for women and men.
